Wind Power (Volume)

Speedwell Wind Power Production indices represent theoretical wind power production across a country or region based upon the installed capacity frozen on a given date. We calculate MWh production using gridded wind observations as an input to our model. The output is a time series that show what would have been produced given the current, frozen, installed capacity back to 1979 as well as daily updates.
